Module transform 

Explicit transformations and their preflight checks.

A pass that changes one model into another carries the module records forward and appends transformation history, so the result is auditable. Emission borrows the module and returns emission diagnostics separately. The most consequential transformation, multiconductor to balanced, is explicit and diagnosed, never a silent positive sequence projection.
