Sum V times conjugate(I) in MW + j MVAr. Voltages are phase-to-earth volts, currents are amperes positive into the feeder, in the same A/B/C order. Export from the feeder produces negative active power. Lossless interface power is invariant to the voltage ratio and does not use an MVA base.
